Follow these rules:
1. run the install.bat file as admin
2. run the StartGame.bat file and it will launch the game
3. When the game reaches connecting screen press escape then press “Go Offline”
4. Wait for shaders to load 100% (this will fix ur crashing i assume)
5. Game is now fully playable, you can press the ‘END’ key on your keyboard to enable mission cheat

Also try to install this game in your D drive (eg: D/Games)
so you dont face any kind of problem. (this might also be the reason for your crash)
