The game plays after the first movie, has it’s characters, look and sound from it, including the voice actors from the movie, which adds a lot to the game, it’s more authentic in general. The length of the game can be adjusted from the menu: if you want to go around of the Cars’ world and play most of the story and optional missions, you can try the full experience, but if you just want to play the important objectives only, you can try the short version, which is pretty good in my opinion.
