Hogwarts Legacy is an immersive, open-world action RPG. Now you can take control of the action and be at the center of your own adventure in the wizarding world.Taking place before the events of the novels, in the late 1800s, the player controls a student at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry who learns to wield different magical abilities and objects, aided by other students and professors. Hogwarts Legacy is Avalanche’s first release since their acquisition by Warner Bros. in 2017. Development began in 2018, while pre-release gameplay footage was leaked onto the internet in the same year. Officially announced in 2020, the game was subject to delays, first to 2022 and later to its final release date on 10 February 2023.

Hogwarts Legacy is an open-world action RPG set in the world first introduced in the Harry Potter books. Embark on a journey through familiar and new locations as you explore and discover magical beasts, customize your character and craft potions, master spell casting, upgrade talents and become the wizard you want to be.

2. Wait 5 seconds and click on the blue ‘download now’ button. Now let the download begin and wait for it to finish.
3. Once the game is done downloading, right click the .zip file and click on “Extract to (Game name)” (To do this you must have 7-Zip, which you can get here).
4. Double click inside the game folder and run the exe application.
5. Have fun and play! Make sure to run the game as administrator and if you get any missing dll errors, look for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in the folder.
