Light Up The Town is a cozy, casual game about spreading holiday cheer in a wintery town. Play as Bean, a young ferret tasked with putting up lights and decorations around Bellflower, Colorado in time for the Winter Festival. Click anywhere to throw string lights and decorations, and light up 15+ handcrafted levels. Decorate any way you want to, customizing size and rotation of decorations. Collect coins around town to unlock even more lights and decorations. Story Bellflower’s annual Winter Festival is coming up, but the town is still dark! Local electrician Chuck is out of commission, so it’s up to his precocious daughter Bean to put up lights and decorations around town before the festival. This game will melt your heart and tug at those heart strings. The interactions between Bean and her father are so well done and the voice work across the board is excellent. As you unlock areas across town you’ll meet the neighbours and fill up a cheer meter in each location. Once filled the location is essentially done but you can go back as you unlock more lights and decorations to redo stuff at any time. Each location has coins you can collect for buying new lights and decor so keep your eyes peeled for them scattered around.
